We recently completed a successful installation of 8.6m³ of Cemfloor cement-based flow screed at a residential property in Cobham, Surrey. The client required a durable, high-performance screed solution, fully compatible with underfloor heating (UFH) — and our team delivered just that with speed and precision.
Solution:
Our team supplied and installed Cemfloor, a premium cement-based liquid screed designed for use in conjunction with underfloor heating. Prior to screed application, the client’s internal spaces were fitted with a full UFH system, with pipework laid and secured throughout the ground floor.
To ensure a smooth operation, our specialist equipment — including a mobile mixing and pumping unit — was set up at the roadside, allowing us to efficiently deliver the screed through to the internal spaces. The flowing consistency of Cemfloor enabled us to achieve a perfectly level surface while embedding the UFH system without displacement.
